Figure Baltic Advisory research on organizational culture helps to find an answer to a question what the cultural DNA of an organization might be. The quantitative instrument to measure has been developed in cooperation with Tallinn University and it stands on theoretical basis. The research results are an input for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of an organization, for planning and implementing the changes, and developing the organization.
Mapping the organizational culture before aiming for big changes gives a good picture of what to keep in mind and what needs considering. Mapping the organizational culture after the big changes have taken place (e.g. mergers or acquisitions) helps to plan the activities to develop the desired organizational culture.
